The living area is spacious and filled with natural light, with a smart TV and an open-plan kitchen.

In the garden, you will find a 3.5 m x 6.5 m swimming pool, a 30 m² terrace, outdoor lounge furniture, a dining table with chairs for al fresco meals, and a Campingaz barbecue. There is also space to park up to 2 cars within the property.

The property
All bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds and offer ample storage, including dressing areas. The master suite bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a separate WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home, with a kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and induction cooktop with integrated extractor hood.

Please note that the villa does not have a dedicated charging station for electric vehicles. Guests with electric vehicles will need to use public charging stations available in the city. Charging via a standard household outlet may result in energy loss and carries a risk of overheating (fire hazard).
